Here at MiCabi Airport Taxi, we believe in being open and honest in terms of fares. When you get an instant online quote from us, this is what you will pay. The only exceptions to this are any extra costs incurred such as congestion charges, tolls or excess waiting times. If you have unique travel requirements, then these may also affect the price quoted.

Q: How Much Luggage Is Acceptable?

The amount of luggage you can take when booking with us depends on the vehicle. To make it simple, we have specified the amount of luggage each of our vehicles can hold on our website. If you are still unsure contact us for help.

Q: How Do I Know My Booking Has Been Accepted?

We will send an email confirmation to let you know your booking has been accepted. This email will act as proof of your booking if needed.

Q; What If I Cannot Locate My Driver?

If you have any issues with finding your driver then contact us immediately. Whether you phone or email, the key thing is to get in touch so we can help. Please note that a full ‘No Show’ fee will be charged if you cannot find your driver and do not contact us.

Q: How Do I Cancel My Booking?

To cancel a booking, please contact the office as soon as possible so they can assist.

Q: Will I Get A Refund On Any Cancelled Bookings?

If the driver has not already been dispatched to collect you, then you will get a refund.

Q: Will I Be Charged Extra If My Flight Is Delayed?

The MiCabi Airport Taxi offices are manned 24 hours a day which means we keep a close eye on flight arrival times. Our drivers will track your flight and arrive accordingly as a result. Airports now allow us 60 minutes of free waiting time to cover any further or unexpected delays once the driver has arrived. After this period, you will be charged at a rate of £20 per hour pro rata.

Q: What Happens If I Miss My Flight?

Contact us as soon as you can to let us know that you have missed your flight. We can then deal with the issue from there for you.

Q: What Is Included In The Price?

The price you are quoted is the price you pay, barring any extras applicable for toll charges, congestion charges, airport waiting fees or bespoke travel arrangements. There is also a £2.50 surcharge for booking with a corporate card. For the fare you pay, you get a first-class service and relaxing airport transfers in true luxury.

Q: How Early Should I Book?

We would advise booking as early as possible but certainly within 24 hours to ensure your car arrives. If you need a vehicle sooner, it is best to call us direct.
